Sous Chef

POSITION: Sous Chef YACHT: 60m USE: Private ITINERARY: Currently in Eastern Med. Winter plans TBC CONTRACT: 2:2 rotation SALARY: €5,500 START DATE: ASAP in Eastern Med for a trial REQUIREMENTS: Open to Male and Female chefs. Minimum 2 years yacht experience and ideally restaurant experience as well. Someone very confident in Mediterranean, Balkan and Russian cuisine is needed, especially meat.
