The Progressive Crew Career Programme aims to provide a safe and robust knowledge base for those entering an industry that is exciting but challenging, and which without proper preparation can become an expensive endeavour with minimal results.
Completing the E-Learning courses demonstrates to crew agents and others that you are dedicated to making a career in this industry. Your completion certificate instils trust that you are serious about a professional career in luxury yachting, even if you have limited prior experience, it also demonstrates that you have made every effort to be as prepared as possible for the industry as a newcomer.
Candidates who complete the PCCP Full Package to an exceptional standard may also be considered for the three-year Luxury Yacht Apprenticeship.
The programme combines paid employment, structured onboard experience, professional qualifications, sea time and mentoring—providing selected candidates with an extraordinary pathway into a long-term career in professional yachting.
